The general terms and conditions serve to define our rights and obligations towards our customers, with the aim of establishing a strong and lasting relationship based on transparency.

All activities offered on this website are sold subject to the following conditions.

The person named on the booking will be deemed to be the group leader and therefore accepts these conditions for and on behalf of all persons named, substituted or added to the booking form.

All prices quoted are current at the time the website goes live. The information given here is based on the latest information available. We reserve the right to make changes to the facilities, services, itineraries, prices or vehicles described here without being liable for any compensation or refund.

Confirmation Policy

dinner show bookings can only be confirmed when we receive the deposit or full payment. The deposit can vary depending on the tour and the season, from 20% to 100%.

Cancellation and refund

Customers who wish to cancel any of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following charges:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours before take-off are refunded at 100%.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before take-off are refunded at 75%.
  • Cancellations made 12 hours before take-off are refundable at 50%.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before take-off are not refundable.
Any cancellation on our part due to technical problems, weather conditions or permission from the CAA will either be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Conditions for change of dates

  • If you give us at least 7 days notice, you can change your reservation to an open date at no extra charge.
  • Within 6 days or less, we cannot guarantee availability for any date changes, especially in high season. Please send us an e-mail if you need to change your date.

Other important information

Our liability and/or that of our agents is limited. We cannot accept any liability for any delay or change of schedule, breakdown of machinery or equipment, strikes, theft, loss/damage to luggage, or injury arising out of or in connection with hotel/guest house accommodation, food, luggage handling, war or terrorist activity (threatened or actual), weather conditions or any other related matter. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the client.

We reserve the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary or the carrier used, or the hotel used, or any other. The advertised prices are subject to change due to price increases resulting from fuel price increases and similar causes. In such cases, each passenger may be required to pay an additional amount for the journey to reflect this increase.

We reserve the right to refuse, accept or withdraw, at its sole discretion, at any time prior to or during the trip, any member of the trip as a participant in the trip where it is not compatible with the general enjoyment and welfare of the other members of the trip. No refunds of any kind will be made.

Travel agent's responsibility: it is the responsibility of your agent to inform us of any special requirements you may have and to communicate to you any changes or modifications of which fantasia-chez-ali.com has informed your agent.

If a client does not join an activity or joins it after departure, or leaves it before the start, no refund can be made in this case.
